“Playing for Kyle has been one of the best experiences I have ever had because he can incorporate the right amount of development and fun into his coaching technique which is a quality many coaches covet. Kyle has all the qualities that players and parents look for in a coach and is also a very approachable guy off the ice. Kyle has helped me develop and has given me input on how to advance in my hockey career to take my game to the next level. Kyle is an all-around role model and was a big influence on where I chose to play my college hockey career. I have the highest respect for Kyle and hope he can help many other young hockey players on their development path as he helped me.”(Mike Fahie, Noble and Greenough/Brown 2017)
"Coach Quick may look like he is still in high school but he handles the position of hockey instructor and coach like a “pro”. I had the opportunity to be coached by Kyle Quick during the Spring/Summer of 2014. Coach Quick held hockey clinics that I attended. The clinics were well run, quick paced drills that were effective in bringing out the best of each player attending. Coach Quick was also a good “in game” coach. He prepared us both physical and mental for the games providing the confidence we needed to believe we could win. With Quick’s passion for hockey and his ability to connect with players, he creates an excellent learning atmosphere. This can be found both on and off the ice. He is a good role model for my peer group, playing hockey at Brown University. Quick was also very influential in helping me decide to attend Brown University for hockey" (Chris Berger, Buffalo Jr. Sabres U20)
Hi,
I just wanted to write a quick thank you for holding the forum March 26th. My kids are a bit young ('06) for some of the information to pertain to them but it was good to learn about the process as they grow and move forward. Please keep me informed with your upcoming events. Thank you again.
